Patrick Derivaz works with musicians from classical, jazz , world, hip hop, rock and other music traditions. He has produced, engineered and played on albums with composers and musicians including John Cale, Will.I.Am, Philip Glass, Jeff Buckley, and Tom Verlaine.  Born in France, Patrick studied music at the Conservatoire d’Aix-en-Provence and taught at FIT. He composes, performs, records, mixes and produces a wide range of innovative and cross-cultural styles of music.

During the festival, he’ll also perform with Tom Verlaine & Billy Ficca of the acclaimed band Television. 8pm Sunday at Galapagos Art Space, 16 Main Street, Dumbo.
