One of the foremost Celtic rock bands in the United States (the Village Voice dubbed them “NYC’s jig-punk answer to the Pogues.”), The Prodigals masterfully fuse Irish traditional music with rock and jazz with six albums to their credit.
The Prodigals’ Gregory Grene (vocals & accordian) will also take it to the streets when he performs solo as part of the Festival’s Sidewalk Series, Sunday 6pm near the F train exit.
